I have been journaling for as long as I can remember. While I love the experience of writing with pen and paper, The Voice Library app provides a quick, easy and simple way to capture and preserve thoughts as they arise, on-the-go, when I don't always have the materials, time or space to sit down and journal.
Especially during these challenging times, getting our thoughts, ideas, feeling and dreams expressed...even if it is only being shared with ourselves...is so healing.
