What a good question! Before ordering a subscription, you fill out a detailed Style Profile where you can include links to your social media and/or reference images from the internet, in addition to your answers to standard style and size questions. You can also chat directly with a stylist to provide additional information. If you're interested in ordering a One Time Box, the Style Profile isn't included in the ordering process but we email it to you separately. Hope this helps!
