What a good question! Before ordering a subscription, you fill out a detailed Style Profile where you can include links to your social media and/or reference images from the internet, in addition to your answers to standard style and size questions. You can also chat directly with a stylist to provide additional information. If you're interested in ordering a One Time Box, the Style Profile isn't included in the ordering process but we email it to you separately. Hope this helps!

I am leaving a follow-up review because they deserve a lot of praise. I began the subscription for my husband. He loved everything they sent him in the first three seasons, so I ordered a subscription for myself. Today I got my second box and I was giddy with excitement. Both boxes I have gotten for myself have been amazing and this last one was exquisite. They took the time to look at my Pinterest board and really understood my style (maybe better than I do).
