I have not received not a one of my watches but money was took i want my money back n im going to someone else
My wife got me a subscription for Christmas and had the first watch there as one of my gifts and I absolutely loved it. So I patiently waited for the second one to arrive and once it did I was just as happy as the first time I opened the very high quality box they come in. But.... I tried to put the second watch on and the clasp popped off so I wasn't able to tighten the watch to my wrist.. I was upset but wanted to give them a chance to fix it for me. So I wrote them yesterday morning ( 1-14-19 ) and offered to send the watch back and just have it fixed. Well not even 30 minutes later I got an email from a person named Madison saying they are very sorry and can I give them my account info. I unfortunately didn't know what email my wife used so I just gave them my address and they found it no problem and instead of getting me to return it they said they would send me out a brand new one that evening!! I responded and kinda jokingly said I really wanted the M2 with the grey band but will continue to wait for it no problem. Well to my surprise I got another message and Madison said that I will be getting the M2 as well just because of the inconvenience of the original watch messing up on me!! I was 1000%...
