I have been billed twice for this subscription and have never received anything. I have emailed the seller 3 different times asking where it was and my last email asked to please refund me my money and I never received anything. No one has ever bothered to email me and I still have not received my money back. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a subscription on cratejoy. Don’t waste your time or money on this you will never get anything. I thought I was contributing to a subscription to help others and clearly this is just a scam.

We got this as a gift for my dad for Christmas, and it’s a hit with the whole family! We love the different flavors, the messages that come with the coffee, and, of course, the cause it’s going toward! And with how much we usually spend on coffee in a month, especially with the new tastes to try, it’s a great deal! We all love it!
