Q: How much is shipping to Canada?Asked by Nancy C., November 2019
This was my first box, I love the scarf. The only suggestion I have is wrap soap and lifestyle products separate from scarf. This month there was soap in the package, very nice soap but it did get on the box but luckily not on the scarf.
I recently purchased as subscription for my scarf-loving, subrscription-addicted wife for Christmas. I don't typically do that b/c there is sometimes no option for the instant gratification of opening a present.....just a print-out of "Here is what is coming...in a month or two".
Anyway, I reached out to FlourishBox and Victoria responded very promptly and thanked me graciously for signing up. When asked about the ability to have the "open a present on Christmas Day experience", she said she would ship a previous box out for free! Talk about treating you customer great...I even offered to pay for shipping and/or some sort of compensation...but she promptly said "The shipping was not unreasonable for us and we are excited to have her as a customer. Consider that our gift to you."
All of that being said, the Customer Service experience bar has been set very high! In an industry of lots of opinions, some of which should be kept to themselves, I wanted to express my gratitude to Victoria and the team at FlourishBox. As long as my wife is into scarves, and we don't have to create a room for them ;-), we will be a customer. She absolutely loved the scarf and the other well-curated items in the box.
So, thanks so much Victoria and FlourishBox. I want to wish you the best of luck in the future, but if you keep doing what you are doing, you won't need any luck!
Got my first box....absolutely love it. Can’t wait for my next one. The scarf is beautiful. The bracelet that came with is great, something I would never buy for myself but will enjoy!
I was impressed with the scarf and bracelet that arrived in my first shipment. I wore them both the very next day. Thank you!
Thread and Flourish is one of the best subscription boxes out there! I have received two boxes so far, and have loved both. I get so many compliments when I wear these high quality scarves. The fact that they are ethically sourced makes subscribing even better. The added bonus of fair trade extras in the box give are truly a special touch. Great for you or a gift for a friend!
Both boxes have really impressed me. I collect scarves and each scarf I have received was lovely and of great quality! The products are well packaged and so pretty. I would also love more information about the artisans.
I have the Thread & Flourish subscription myself, and have given the subscription several times to friends as gift. It has been a hit Every Single Time! The concept of a scarf subscription is pretty unique and I love the two surprise gifts that come in every box in addition to the scarf! (I am wearing my beautiful earrings from my most recent box right now!). My only regret with this subscription service is that it doesn’t come every month! I want more! Keep it up, Thread & Florish! (Btw I just started following you on Twitter- loving your tweets too!)
I got this subscription box for my mother as an extended holiday gift and it's been a big hit. She loves the surprise of what kind of scarf is inside, and has so far been very happy with the two scarves she's gotten, as well as the other random gifts that are included in each box. The scarves have pretty designs and are of good quality, so I feel live this was worth the investment! I think this is a good gift option for anyone who loves scarves and getting things in the mail.
I don't know which I love more... the scarf or the packaging! I have received two boxes and so far both scarves have become "go to's" in my wardrobe. Love the extras that come with it as well- very unique.
I love scarves and was excited to discover Thread and Flourish. My first box contained one scarf and two bonus items, a bracelet and a pouch of fair trade coffee. Loved the rosy copper bracelet. Coffee is always useful. But the scarf was disappointing. The fabric is pretty but it doesn't drape well and the edges are roughly sewn. It looks more like a table runner than a scarf.
