My son never received a shirt. I gave him this subscription for Christmas 2019 and he had never gotten even one
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT KEEP IT FOR THEMSELVES I've been with Represent over a year. I loved the charities. They have not sent my tee in months but make sure they bill. I've go through every avenue to contact them but no one responds.
you take my money and no product, and no respect to even email me back. am asking you please give me back my money. this is no good will.
Placed an order on March 13th and never received my shipment. Email company three times with no response. Finally contacted Cratejoy for help and Cratejoy also tried to contact company; again with no response. Its a shame that you find a company who supports a charities and this is what happens.
I have not received any of my shirts. I have paid for two of them and yet to receive one of them. I am cancelling my subscription, and hoping I will eventually get the 2 shirts I paid for.
On more than one occasion this company was over a month late sending out shirts. They did not contact their subscribers. I had to try to find a way to contact them. And good luck, they are hard to track down!! I’ve since cancelled my subscription and still owed two t-shirts. Contacted them numerous times and have had no replies. Not even sure if my monthly subscription . Even went to the “cause” because if they can’t afford to get their shirts out, are they even donating??? Their Facebook page is a joke with no proof or pictures of sending or presenting checks. Wonderful idea just horribly managed.
DO NOT order this box. I ordered the 3 month subscription for my brother-in-law for Christmas and have not received any of the t-shirts. Now they want to renew it!! Very upset and the emails go unanswered.
So far, I'm incredibly disappointed with this whole experience. I paid in full for three months in early December as a gift for my son. He has yet to receive one t-shirt. The site has said "your first order is preparing to ship" for over a MONTH! When I try to reach out via email, the message comes back with a failure notice (and when I have tried sending a message directly through CrateJoy's "contact the seller" feature they have been completely ignored). I will definitely be cancelling this subscription, but I worry that if I do it right now, I we will get NO product and my initial payment will not be refunded either. Not impressed!
