There is NO way the items in my box are equal to $68.00 The heartbeat necklace listed as $29.00 is of gumball machine quality. The metal of the heartbeat symbol is rough and pitted under the plating and there is a line of metal along the edges and inner corners where the metal overflowed in the mold and wasn’t cleaned off.
The “fashion Pen” for $6.99 is extremely cheap and looks like it was bought from a 99 cent store. The notebook is cute and actually lists for a similar price on Amazon. $8.99.
The essential tools generic powder brush is cheaply made with a plastic handle and cheap synthetic bristles.
The single face mask listed as $9.99 for the Tony Moly brand is actually a “The Face Shope” brand andavocado masque and is available on Amazon for $5.78 with free shipping.
There was also an oil of Olay Tone Perfecting cream moisture sample packet at 0.6g and a 1ml Eau De Toilette sample of L’Eau D’issey spray, neither of which were listed, but are free sampłes.
I’ve gotten much better quality items from my Ipsy box for A LOT less money.
If you pay $25, one would expect to receive better quality samples.

While I would have liked to have seen brands that weren't necessarily drugstore (L'Oréal, for example), the value is definitely there and the boxes are curated with care. Very happy with it overall!

I subscribe to many boxes so I was excited to see this new one. I didn't know what to expect but, I was happy that my box arrived quickly and it was a BIG box. Inside was handmade lotion, bath salts, a yummy natural lip balm, eyeshadow that I will use, a blendy sponge and some Opi nail polish in a cool color. I can't wait for next months box.

Not sure how I feel about this box yet, especially for the price. Maybe if it were only $15 I would rate it higher. The thing is, I bought a past box and the current box.

The past box was nice, although nothing terribly impressive. I did really love the Cover Girl Lipstick - great shade and nice product (July 2016).

But then when I opened my January box, it seems to me it's got discontinued items you find at a job lots or dollar store. The price point they give you is for the full price as if it were new, but the truth is they sell for far less once they are discontinued. I actually went to the Milani and Covergirl websites to see if the products were currently being offered, and they are not. (I work for a national drugstore chain, so I would probably know if these products were current).

I still enjoy the box and will keep subscribing, but so far, I think the value isn't there in the merchandise, and I'm paying for curation.
