I have resisted putting a negative review, however I have sent multiple emails to Tribe Box Co over the past month and have not gotten any response at all. I am a small business owner myself and I am severely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have cancelled by subscription and requested a refund 3 times and they have not responded at all. I have contacted CrateJoy's support and they have also sent emails on my behalf and have not gotten any response from them either.
My apologies but I haven’t gotten any emails from you or from Cratejoy regarding this? Can you please share what email address it’s sending to? I have nothing in my inbox from you. Please reach out as I am always answering emails right when they come in. I tried putting my email address on here but Cratejoy blocked me from sending it with that info.
