Q: I ordered my box during October but its November 12 and I still haven't gotten it. Did I sign up too late or was there a problem with the delivery?Asked by Aaron P., November 2019
Have you tried to contact the seller? I have experienced some variability in the shipping dates, and arrival times after shipment. But it's worth it - the bags are works of art.
I ordered mine on October 15, and received on November 9th. It was gorgeous I'm so impressed with it
I have a ongoing subscription. I get an email in 1st week of the month that my bag is on its way and around the 10th of the month I get another email telling me my subscription is about to renew. I see my bag around the 10th -15th of the month depending on days of week and holidays. Hope this helps

Hi Mandi, this is Aly of Una Spirit. We had changed things up for a short time where we offered 1 bag every 3 months. We have since changed it back. Every bundle includes one of my medicine bags.

I love my box...unfortunately the postal system is ruining it for me. I have not received August box and already charged for September. This isn't the first time either. The tracking stating it was accepted by post office in New Mexico...almost a month ago. I really do love the boxes, but need to cancel my subscription.
