Hi Juliana. The suitcase is meant for the whole family or one person. The craft is making a Talavera tile from Salt Dough. I am older and I did it and it was fun. There are recipes for an appetizer, entree, dessert as well as a Sangria recipe. So, in my opinion, it is for everyone! There is educational information (things that even I was not aware of and I have been to Spain twice!) also as well as videos relating to the language, recipes and a tour of Spain once you buy it that is found on our website once you have a password which is provided.
