I so agree. I am disputing the charge with my bank since they state they don't offer refunds. I paid for 3mths up front over a mth ago and have received nothing. So very frustrated with this company.
While gwynn we all understand and feel bad for whatever the issue maybe we still deserve either our boxes are refund. You seem to still have atleast gotten a box the rest of us havent. Covid has effected us all and still does and if I'm not receiving my products I and everyone else are owed a refund. Did some Facebook stalking; while it seems Sydney sold the company to Ophelia at some point, her $850,000 house in Georgia is still the listed address on the email we received today. Despicable, and fishy. I filled a fraud complaint with my credit card. And where is Cratejoy to help???

Had a nice talk with Sydney, the former owner, and I feel for her immensely. I believe that she was not involved in this recent downfall of the company. I haven’t heard back from my credit card company, but it’s worth trying if you are in the same boat as me.
Agree! I bought a year as a gift for my mother and she got one box! This is awful. Did it work to dispute the charge with your credit card company? How do we get our money back?

My wife is in the same boat. We have not received the June or July box yet. I received an email asking to provide them with grace during the pandemic. We have provided two months of grace, so I am hoping that this month's box will be extra special.
I have also experienced the same. My first box was sent as a Mother's Day gift (which arrived late) after they assured me it would be there in time. I understand the times around us (I am also in logistics), but now they are not even answering emails. June box has not shipped. I have been constantly online shopping and have not had anywhere near this kind of delay with any other company. So frustrating and will never recommend this...

Upboxes delivers more than just artisanal products. They send little touches & reminders of love in each box. This box definitely lifts my spirits every month. There is so much joy unwrapping it. Each item so carefully & thoughtfully chosen & also co-ordinading with the theme of the month. The products inside are unlike no other sub box I’ve seen. I’ve been loving the contents. Everything is very useful. If I find I have a double of something that I’m not going to use, I just put it in my gift pile. Anyone I know would love to have anything from these boxes. Or if you’re a super nice friend...get them a subscription too!

The box of awesomeness was gifted to me for my birthday before the covid-19 pandemic. I received my box during quarantine and it was exactly what I needed to lift my spirits. I loved it and will be gifting subscriptions to someone else. It’s worth it!

I just received my first UpBox and I am delighted and impressed! Everything was packed in a thoughtful and creative way. It was so fun opening each item, it was one surprise after another! The most awesome box I have ever received. The way God talks to you when he wants to manifest himslef to you is amazing. I just found out my dad has terminal liver cancer and Ive been so stressed down and depressed. Two days later this box arrived and the message was “Just when the caterpillar thought her world was over it became a butterfly”. If thats not God talking to me then what is. Wow UPBOX amazing amazing amazing box. Also so many products in and out the box. I was overall blown away. Unboxing on my Youtube channel (Loquita Boricua) yall can go check it out. Truly wanted to cry when i read each message contained in this box. I truly dont know how i maintained my composure but God is always in control. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of stuff that this UPBOX delivered. It included a cute notebook, which I loved, a convenient reusable grocery bag, and several items for skin care, among other things. I loved the theme and the special message and the fact that it promotes cruelty-free, natural products. I also appreciate the mission to help women who are trying to rehabilitate their lives. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I was expecting more faith-related items that encouraged spending time with the Lord, such as devotionals. Other than that, very good packaging and quality items. Everything smelled so good, which is a plus!
