I have received two crates, one regular and one mini. They both were filled with quality items that I could use. When I realized I had two orders coming in, I was able to access one of my email accounts but couldn’t get a response from the other; so I cancelled that order. I had no luck finding or cancelling the other. In frustration I gave only one star on my last review. I instantly was contacted by Urban Holistic. They had checked my records and cancelled future boxes as I had requested. This is a replacement review.
I was charged each month anyway even though subscription said the amount I paid was for 3 months.
I ordered my Urban Holistic Mini Self-Care box, and it arrived quickly, beautifully, and I am so happy! I chose the mini box because you never know if the advertiser is being honest about their products, but UH came through! I'll be upgrading in the future to the full size Self Care box to motivate myself to focus on caring for myself and the planet with sustainable products. I imagine everyone's will be different, but this is what I received: - Grace & Stella Pure Tea Tree Oil, 120 ml. I was excited at first, but I quickly realized that I have a lot of the oil now and no idea what to do with it! (Time for me to learn!) - Hempy's peppermint hemp oil lip balm. I'm allergic to many lip products, so I was hesitant to try it. This balm worked wonderfully, and I had no reaction! - Hippie Butter Hemp Seed Oil Glycerin Soap, 3.75 oz. The ingredient list is short, and I appreciate that. My hands aren't drying the same way other bar soaps cause, but I don't feel like my skin is getting clean in the same way as a liquid soap. (This may be my own bias, but I'm keeping it honest!) Overall, I feel optimistic and excited about my next box!
