I ordered this subscription as a gift and the recipient loved the selection of organic seeds, helpful info sheet, and the additional planter pods. I had some issues with USPS not delivering the first shipment but UOG had great customer service in resolving the concern. Looking forward to the next shipments!
I have ordered seeds from this company for several years now. They always arrive quickly and the germination is great. I’ve rarely had an issue with seeds coming up. Will always order seeds from them!

It was fun getting a surprise shipment of seeds each month! I signed up early fall so haven't had the chance to grow what I have yet, I've been saving them for our new garden we are starting this spring. Can't wait to try the new-to-us variety of herbs and veggies we received!
This is a great seed subscription. It comes with the seeds, planting material and Epsom salts for enrichment. I look forward each month to the new varieties I would receive. I differently recommend this subscription

I love this little box. Every month it's exciting to see what seeds we might get and there is such detailed care instructions that it feels impossible to screw up the growing. I love the little hand written, "Enjoy planting" note in each packet, too. So thoughtful. The starter pods means I can grow things inside even though outside there are several inches of snow on the ground, and the shipments always arrived perfectly on time even though lots of other things are facing delays right now.

I am so excited every month I receive these seeds in the mail. I am a super indecisive person and I am very new to gardening, so this is exactly what I need to get on the right track with my garden. My harvests have been huge and my garden has been the ultimate experience. I’m so glad I signed up for this.
I was thrilled to receive a 6-month subscription to UOG as a Christmas gift! I have been gardening organically for years, and tend to stick with the same plants year after year. The varieties of seeds that arrive each month include some fun plants which have expanded my ‘seed palette’. My low desert growing seasons are quite different from most areas, creating many challenges for the home gardener. However, seeds planted thus far have produced plants that are vigorous and have done well, and I look forward to fall when I can plant the cool weather greens and herbs for winter months.
My husband purchased this subscription for me last year and I've been loving it! It is so wonderful to receive seeds and instructions to get them started. It has really helped me get into my new hobby of gardening! And I have so much fun planting and playing in the dirt with my kids and they love trying all the veggies that we grow. Would definitely recommend this club!

I loved my monthly deliveries with their surprisingly perfect combinations of seeds but I quickly ran out of yard to plant them all! Halfway into my 1-year subscription I needed to cancel because I simply could not care for all the seeds I was getting. UOG was very understanding and refunded me my remaining months when I reached out. I really appreciate that customer service. Thanks!
This is my favorite subscription box I've ever purchased. The seeds I received were exactly what I was looking for as an amateur gardener - edible, hardy, and able to grow well indoors. The information included was extremely helpful and I appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into my curation of seeds. Taking care of my emerging sprouts has been a welcome distraction during a stressful time, and I cannot wait to receive next month's shipment. This subscription truly provides the most value per dollar, and I am so happy I stumbled upon it! I highly, highly recommend this to anyone looking to get into gardening. Would rate lower than one star if possible; Urban Organic Gardener appears to exist only to steal your money.
Since signing up, my subscription has been:
- "Mistakenly cancelled for a technical issue".
- Two months never arrived at all.
- And one month arrived with only one seed packet (not the five that are allegedly included with the subscription). Followed by a cancellation of the subscription but no refund.
This company is completely non-responsive to emails. DO NOT GET THIS BOX.
