The first two arrived close together, instead of once a month, but whatever. It was a gift and things happen. The last one was damaged en route and could not be delivered. Either their packaging is a problem or their choice in shipping companies is, it seems like, which is too bad. Wouldn't use again.
Hi R.C. - I'm so sorry to hear about the issue and for the inconvenience caused. Having an undelivered package is not an experience we would want you to have at all and I know how disappointing it can be. We do work very hard behind the scenes to curate every box to be a worthy experience, and this would certainly take away from that.
