I ordered coffee to be delivered to my house and but it didn't arrive. After writing several emails, I was told to contact USPS. Yea, right. After waiting over 40 minutes for an agent, I tried to fill an online USPS lost mail form, which requires the address of Victory Coffee. Nothing on your web address with that info. Then USPS online service goes down. Then USPS hangs up on me, I have to call back, and wait 36 minutes for an agent. GET ANOTHER MAIL SERVICE.
I just want my money back. The order form from Victory said the package was insured, but no one at your company is offering that. VERY POOR SERVICE.
I LOVE the Admiral Espresso! Unfortunately it didn’t ship 3 days after I ordered like advertised but worth the wait
Coffee is good - BUT I am trying to cancel my subscription and am unable to get the job done. I have tried to follow instructions in the email they sent me about how to accomplish this cancellation and cannot do it. SO BE SURE YOU WANT THIS BEFORE SUBSCRIBING. I subscribed originally because I wanted to help an organization run by veterans. Again the coffee is good, but expensive.
I have enjoyed Victory Coffee. In fact I started out getting 60 cups per month, increased to 90 cups and I am about to increase to 120 cups! I email any questions and get a quick response. I love the coffee so much that Ive quit drinking coffee at work cause after drinking Victory coffee the other coffee tastes bland. I say great job Victory Coffee!
First, I would like to echo a difficulty noted in another rrview: When trying to cancel my subscription my efforts failed and the coffee kept coming, even though I had received a confirmation of the cancellation weeks before the the shipment was made.
I had initially signed up to support a veteran owned business. I cancelled because I found the product to be disappointing (especially for the price). I purchased the K-cups. The flavor wasn't bad, but the cups themselves seemed to be cheaply made. The fine ground coffee leaked from each one resulting in sediment in each cup brewed. Of course, that does remind me of the coffee from the field mess, but that's a touch of authenticity I could do without.
Bottom line: For a dollar a cup I expect a better product and better customer service.
I really wanted to support a veteran owned business but, I had an error in my last order (trying to order more per month) so I tried to contact customer service a few times and no response. I sent the product back over-night and they signed for it. I was asking them to send the correct items or refund. I got nothing. Went to my bank to have them reverse the charges only seeing that I got charged AGAIN! The only time I got a response is when I cancelled my subscription. Terrible service. Stay away!!!
