Blake's response is a complete and total lie. We don't have a contact form on our website, so who knows who you contacted - it definitely was NOT us. Again, CrateJoy is supposed to send you a receipt that you signed up for the box - that's how it works for every vendor on this website and we are no different. If you didn't get the message from CrateJoy, then that is an issue between you and them.

I didnt know, as the new customer, that I was responsible for contacting you upon signup. I have signed up for 8 other boxes in the past month to see the differences between and Victory was the only company that never sent me any communication upon signup. You still took my money though. month, though you should have received a premium box for your first month

As for Marcelo's response to this question, the current ownership team did
not own VictoryBox when he was a subscriber some 15+ months ago. However,
spending 30 seconds simply checking our website would show anyone that
Marcelo is lying and that we are obviously not a scam. We have access to
Marcelo's contact information and have forwarded it to our attorney - we
won't stand for coward keyboard warriors to openly defame our business with
salacious language like "scam" and "fraudulent."...
After never received many paid boxes I finally was able to unsubscribe and tried to get a refund without any luck, customer service sucks. So I recommend you to stay away from this scam and fraudulent site.

Got a 3 month subscription as a Christmas gift and it was great. Loved getting these boxes and seeing what was new in them each month. The ties are good quality but i personally like the pocket squares and the patterns on them. The paisley patterns got me some compliments at the office. I recommend this box.

I have been getting this box for my husband for nearly two years. He loves ties! We were having great results, then he started getting a repeat of ties he already has, it happened a few times, no problem, he can give as a gift...just curious as to the timing for recirculating the ties. About 6 months ago (Late 2018) they were bought out. Previous was blah. New owners seem to have their act together. The box I received was very good and enjoyed each item.
I did need to contact them due to a long shipping time, and to my surprise, I received and answer. Prompt even. An apology, explanation, and a new arrival date. Box actually arrived a few days prior to the new date.
