Q: I ordered a 6 month subscription for a sister and was notified of shipping-when I checked the status with the tracking number it said the shipment had been cancelled by the shipper?? Who can I contactAsked by Katrina N., December 2020
Hi Katrina, your sister requested we ship to a different address so this was processed with a new shipping label. Hope this helps!
Q: I'm thinking about getting this for my grandmother who cannot have gluten, is there a gluten-free option for the biscuits? I love the idea, but I want to get her something she can fully enjoy! Thanks.Asked by Genevieve W., December 2020
Hi and thank you for reaching out! We’d love to customize the treats for your grandmother’s box. Once you subscribe, please send us an email and we’ll happily notate your account!
Q: Before I subscribe, what's involved with cancellation? ...just in caseAsked by Brandy A., November 2020
Hi Brandy, just like any other subscription on Cratejoy, you would go to your subscriptions page then hit cancel before the next renewal date. You'll also receive a renewal reminder before the automatic renewal takes place so you have time to make a decision before each renewal. Hope this helps!
Q: What is included in the Vintage Trio subscription?Asked by Linda W., August 2020
Hi Linda, the trio subscription consists of a vintage teacup and saucer set (matching), bread plate (matching or similar) paired with biscuits and tea. Hope this helps! :)
Love the design of the teacup and plate (sorry it’s my first time getting them I’m not sure what you call the plate) but anyways love the set. The cookies and candy look delicious, can’t wait to try the tea.
I am a collector of vintage bone china teacups and I was so excited to find a subscription box that catered to collectors like me and at such a fair price. I received many packets of tea and pieces of delicious candy with my teacup, even my little boy had a piece and loved it! The teacup is gorgeous and it was packaged with such care for its safe arrival. Seriously... whoever packaged the teacup meant business! Lol
The teacup is a beautiful addition to my collection and I can’t wait to receive more!
I emailed her asking if I could choose my colors, and she made a note of it on my account! I really loved it, and the choice in candy flavors/snack choices was surprisingly spot on. The cup, saucer and snacks were wrapped up really carefully and it shipped within a week. Although I can't afford to be constantly subscribed, I will definitely buy another box again! :)
This is my Second box still good. I received it quite quickly after the first. Again my cups have been a more modern vintage tea cup. These have been more 80s style Less my style. I am English high tea fancy cups and 50/60s era cups maybe some 40s. But still a cute tea cup as you can see in the picture. these are not ones I necessarily would have picked. Example of what I do like: October yellow/white cup sample or another one of the reviewers fancy pink floral is more my style. This would be a hard box to curate as everyone's style and preferences are different. Some like clean lines and color others like fancy florals and gold and some like everything and just collect and some like very plain and simple. SO Still overall a great box you get treats and tea. . But still awesome gift to send to someone that is under the weather or a mother or daughter to encourage self care. Everyone should have at least one fancy tea cup!
I love this . when I joined this I didn't think the cup was going to be this nice. So glad I desided to get this.
I love this soooo much! What a great reminder to take some time for yourself with tea and biscuits!!
Amazing customer service and quality of product :)
Bought this as a birthday gift for a friend, and she LOVED it! Could not be happier. So glad this box exists! She was looking for an antique/vintage teacup, and I wasn't sure where to find one, and then came this!! Yay!
I ordered this for my mother for her Christmas gift and she’s in love! Best thing I did! Super happy!
Beautiful tea cup and saucer. The little snacks and included tea were a nice touch.
One of the August teacup and saucer sets, tea and biscuits not shown in photo as they are a surprise! (Please note: your teacup may be different). This teacup and saucer set is from Lenox - pattern is Temple Blossom, made in USA. It's a beautiful and unique piece. Very hard to find in excellent condition as they were only produced from 1978 to 1991 and have actual gold trim. Vintage items with real gold cannot be placed in the microwave.
One of the September teacup and saucer sets (please note: your teacup may be different). This teacup and saucer set is from Lenox - pattern is Brookdale, made in USA. It's a timeless piece with hand painted, yellow dots in the center of the flowers. The pattern was only produced from 1963 to 1993 and has real platinum trim. Vintage items with gold, silver, or platinum trim cannot be placed in the microwave.
One of the October teacup and saucer sets (please note: your teacup may be different). This teacup and saucer set is from the French company Luneville Badonviller. This company dates all the way back to the early 1900s, which means the teacup is probably older than us! As they are so old, it is hard to come across one that is in excellent condition. Like any other vintage china, it is best taken care of by not placing in the microwave or dishwasher.
