I placed the order on 9/5/21 for three items and didn't get the box until 10/7/21. The items came in a smooched box; the three Chanel items had an outer plastic wrap with Chinese serial numbers stickers indicated. Items were not authentic but were knockoffs. Very Disappointing!

The items are indeed AUTHENTIC CHANEL VIP gifts. Yes, this is true they are not Chanel Boutique items, and we never said they were Chanel Boutique items at any point within the listing. As authentic CHANEL BOUTIQUE items would be $1000’s and more. It would be impossible to offer 1 authentic Chanel Boutique item at $149.99, let alone 3!
