You can either buy a month-to-month subscription or a 3-month-pre payment. Our subscription is different than the standard Cratejoy subscription in that we only ship 3 boxes and you can already see what those boxes contain on our website. Depending on what you choose, you will either be billed initially at purchase and then 2 more payments on the 11th of the month for the month-to-month payment plan or one payment at purchase if you picked the 3-month pre-payment.

Since we would like our customers to receive their first box as soon as possible once purchased, we ship within 5-7 days outside of the Cratejoy monthly shipping cycle.

The presentation of this Viver Joy box is absolutely lovely. I was gifted this box during Christmas and it was amazing. Each of the selected featured items were organized beautifully. I was so excited to try each unique item found within my box. I was so thrilled that it included items that I had never tried before that focused on my wellness and self-care. I can’t wait to receive and try my next box of carefully hand-picked items!

Over all my daughter really liked her box. I ordered the 3 box subscription without auto renew and they refused to send the 2nd and 3rd boxes, so customer service isn't helpful. I did renew and bought the full subscription not as a gift so my daughter will now get all 3 boxes for the money I spent. Feeling a little ripped off, but daughter really likes the box and she's away at college so Ill let you know how it goes. Thanks.

Thank you for ordering the box, and happy to hear you daughter really liked the box. :) However when you picked the month-to-month option without auto renew, the system only shows to mail your daughter one box. If you had picked auto renew with the month-to-month payment plan you would have been charged on the 11th of each month until the 3 boxes had shipped. Apologies for any confusion, It looks like you have updated your settings to auto renew now. Once again thank you, and we hope your daughter will enjoy the second box!!

I was not only pleasantly surprised but blown away to receive a Viver Joy box. Most notably this was a gift of health and well-being so there's no greater more thoughtful gift one could send. The box itself is gorgeous professional and reusable - then I kept finding a new golden nugget as I unpacked it. These are items that I wouldn't think to get myself but all wonderful new additions to my repertoire and expanded my horizon of what i can/should use. Now that i have personally received one i will be inclined to send boxes as gifts to others as I know they will be incredibly grateful and pleasantly surprised - it also minimizes the work and effort i need to put into curating a gift as that is all taken care of!
