Hello, sad to hear from you two months later that any items in your box were damaged. In the rare case, an item is damaged during shipping, customers notify us immediately and receive replacement items. Given a chance, we deliver exceptional customer service. We offered to send replacements for the items although you failed to report the damage for two months or provide proof of damage which is needed for us to process claims. We take our customers, many of whom are like family serious. We regret that you're canceling your subscription and wish to thank you for giving us a try. We wish you all the best.

This new box is the small version of our candle + spa box and comes with two items (one artisan candle and one vegan bath + body item) as detailed throughout our listing. As a perk and special thanks, we added a third item to your box. During the subscriber flow, the option to select between the petite retreat and regular box is available. By default, Cratejoy displays the lower priced item first (i.e., petite retreat box) along with a description directly underneath each option that explains in detail what you're purchasing.
