Items in last two boxes have been damaged and broken. I will give this subscription one more try next month and if things do not improve, I will be cancelling my subscription.
Hello, sad to hear from you two months later that any items in your box were damaged. In the rare case, an item is damaged during shipping, customers notify us immediately and receive replacement items. Given a chance, we deliver exceptional customer service. We offered to send replacements for the items although you failed to report the damage for two months or provide proof of damage which is needed for us to process claims.
