Q: Can you say ahead of time that you never want any type of an item, say socks? Or do you have to wait until you receive such an item and then ask to return it? I’d hate to waste time and money...Asked by Susan O., January 2020
There are no customization options when ordering but exchanges can be made after if you are unsatisfied with an item you’ve received. I believe the replacement will be an item of equal/similar value chosen by Wild Spirit.
You can let us know ahead of time if the item is something that you allergic to, or can't use like earrings. Socks are a little tricky to replace with a comparable item. We have a lot of subscribers, so you would need to remind us by emailing us if you see that our box has something in it that you can't use and we will try to accommodate your needs.

I have ordered a few different subscription boxes, and this is one of my favorites. This is my first Wild Spirit Box, and I am thrilled, I feel like it was curated specifically for me. I have been looking at infinity scarves as I will be going in for parathyroid surgery to have 3 of my parathyroid glands removed, and I wanted a scarf to put over the bandages, and I was so surprised when I opened the little box that was delivered yesterday, and found a beautiful hand made infinity scarf inside it is absolutely perfect. The box also contained a "Cloister Honey Lollipop (which will also be perfect for the sore throat I will have after surgery!), these two items just made me feel extremely special and on top of those two perfect items, I feel like I also received bonuses with the Beaded Bracelet (nice blue color choice), the trinket tray, and the really nice sized Quartz Crystal Point. Complete win all around, thanks for making me feel special.
I'm subscribed the end of Feb. Tracking says the post office is waiting for the item. I am still waiting for the march box. I lost my bank card. Updated the payment when I got the new one. Notified cratejoy 3 times. The only response back was. They got the message. Am looking forward to the box. But am quite frustrated at this point.
Hello! I understand and agree with your review 1000% this month has been a month I have realized that crate joy no longer actually has any support. As the owner of this business I have been trying to contact them since before 1 March with the label issue. We cannot print your labels because their system is a total piece of crap. I have already paid for all of the labels before March 1 and then they print it in some weird format that cannot even be printed by any printers we have. They have obviously outsourced their customer service overseas or to where someone has no control over anything. They even told me this is a known issue but have still not fixed it....
Never received my box. Ordered well over a month ago. Contacted seller and never heard back. They were quick to take my money though.
Hello Christina! I share your frustration fully. This month the great joy system has miss printed everyone’s labels and their tech-support team has yet to figure out the issue to re-print the labels for us. I would pay again twice just to get the labels but they can’t figure out the problem and it is absolutely ridiculous. I can assure you if you do not get your box you will get your money back fully. I literally just wrote their tech-support team again. It is an absolute joke. I’d give you my personal cell phone number if you just signed up on our actual website. It’s really a shame because Cratejoy used to provide human support... now I’ve been going back and forth since the...
I bought this monthly box subscription for my 14 year old daughter. It's affordable and the items in it were unique. It had a little bit of everything. Ordering things online is, more often than not, a disappointing experience.... not this! She had so much fun pulling out each item. We're both looking forward to the next box. Not sure what to get someone? A Wild Spirit Box!

We are a small business but we do work VERY hard to find this quality of products and to put it all together for this price that even includes shipping. We are one of very few subscription box companies that has an actual phone number and we take our customer service very seriously.
