We charge and send your first box immediately when you purchase a subscription. Recurring payments are charged on the 15th of the month.

We ship from the 20th of the month and it takes between 3-10 days to get to you.

We're a quarterly box so you can subscribe up to 10 days before the end of the current quarter and still get that quarter's box.
Tip: There's a countdown timer on our website that tells you exactly how many days you have to order the current box
My parents never received the box. Plus I never got a refund for my money.
We're unable to ship boxes to the US because of the rules regarding alcohol which is clearly stated on our listing. And you were never charged, I cancelled your order and notified you it was due to shipping issues. There was no refund to issue.
I initially bought this as a present for a friend - there were shipping issues to the US, so decided to keep it for myself (I live in Germany). Elise was absolutely great and is very responsive to emails. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes wine - she also includes snacks!
This box is a great idea, specially if you are a wine lover and like to try new wines! Truly recommend it. An amazing gift as it comes in a lovely box, amazing wine and an extra treat. My box had chocolate!
This first box brings you two bottles by famed wine maker Nicolás Bizzarri. Both bottles come from the Valle Central region of Chile - an area where the sunny warm climate and ideal soil conditions allow the quality of the grapes to shine through. Your Treat!
