We have 19 Beef Flavors, 5 Turkey Flavors, and 5 Bacon Flavors we'll choose from every month to surprise you with. Some flavors are HOT! Samples include Ghost Pepper, OH! We find that many of our customers love that they don't need a toothpick after eating our jerky. Depending on which meat (beef, turkey, or bacon) and which flavor you received, the texture can vary. Thanks again for your review.
