You will be charged on the day of your initial order. Then, you will be re-billed on the 15th AFTER you receive your first box (for a monthly subscription) or first subscription cycle (for a 3-month, 6-month, or annual subscription).
Q: When is my subscription going to be shipped?Asked by John B., September 2020
Your box ships on or around the 1st of each month. For example, if the 1st falls on a Sunday or holiday, your box will ship soon after. Once your box is shipped, you can login into your account to view the tracking number. Generally speaking, you should receive your box between 5-7 days from shipment.

In order to receive the upcoming month's box, you would need to subscribe by the last day of the prior month. For example, in order to receive October's box, you would need to subscribe by the last day of September. Subscribe as soon as possible because sometimes we sell out before the final day.
