The coaching is one-on-one. It's live and it is personalized to your wellness goals.
There are a few different options for the meal plans- vegan, vegetarian, and mainstream. Each has weekly plans with recipes and shopping lists. There are also weekly eating/sleep/movement/water etc. tracking sheets. And we have tips for adjustments like making things gluten-free or if you have allergies. Feel free to message me if you'd like to chat more about the meal plans- I can help you pinpoint a budget based on which meal plan you're most interested in and where you like to shop!

Q: This is confusing if it’s a four month program; I see subscription is either 3 months or 12 months. How dose this 4 month program work with the subscription choices?Asked by Michelle B., December 2020

Definitely! Across Cratejoy, there are standard subscription term lengths- 3, 6, or 12 months. This wellness program isn't exactly a match since it's 4 months, but I still wanted to offer it! When you subscribe, I will update your renewal date to be 4 months after your initial subscription date (and 4 months after that, subsequently). Even if you don't renew, you will have access to the program for 4 months, not 3. You could also think of it as getting the 4th month free when you order 3!
