I love Love LOVE this box! This is my first box with Bijoux and I am so impressed with the curating and quality of the products. I am also very impressed with the customer service. I had requested no earrings and my box had a beautiful pair of earrings but I can't wear them, I wrote to Shana, and within 5 minutes she replied that she was very sorry and she would send me the replacement item, and I could just gift the earrings. THIS is customer service! She's emailed me a few times since I subscribed, this personal touch is just so nice!
