Hi Aria, apologies for the delay on receiving your ZenPop Stationery Packs. Your three most recent packs were shipped via DHL with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 weeks under normal circumstances. As each of your packs have tracking and insurance, we will make sure you receive all of them. Please note that your subscription is set to renew again on the 11th August. Hello, thank you for getting in touch. We ship our boxes from Osaka, Japan and under normal circumstances packages take about 2-4 weeks to get delivered in North America. International shipping can be unpredictable so this can vary a bit. Your package is still in the expected time frame so it should show up soon. I lived for six years in Japan, and one of my all-time favourite things to do while I was there was to go to the local department store on payday and buy a bunch of cute stationery. This box definitely hit the nostalgia button for me!
Shipping was quite good. Japan Post is fairly reliable and speedy. The tracking number only worked on the Japan end of things, which was a little nerve-wracking, but the package arrived in good time and good condition.
The products are top-notch, high quality and varied. There's a wide range in the box with a variety of uses, self-contained in one box. This is perfect for anyone who likes cute and functional miscellaneous stationery.

Hello. I'm terribly sorry for the trouble. Due to COVID-19 international shipping has been very unreliable. Japan Post is extremely backed up and has told us to expect delays that may continue another month or longer. We know this is not ideal and we apologize. Although it is slow, according to the tracking info we have, your package is still in transit. Your package is insured so we will be able to file a claim and have it replaced or refunded if it is not possible to be delivered.
