Art Kits by Chartiers Creek Creative

We are a Pittsburgh-based art center with a special focus on providing the feel-good benefits of doing incredible art to everyone in the community, regardless of art abilities. During the initial stage of COVID lockdowns in 2020, we donated nearly 700 Kindness Art Kits to our neighbors and local essential workers. With an outpouring of support, we transformed our art classes into art kits that could be shipped anywhere in the world. You don't have to be an artist to do our art kits, but you can't help but be intrigued if you are an artist. These kits are designed to let you enjoy the experience of doing art without worrying if you can't draw a straight line (because there are no straight lines to draw!) This is sure to be a fun experience with a beautiful outcome! Most previous boxes are available. Just let us know if you'd like to try one, and we'll confirm the availability of your preference before you place your order. Subscriptions to our boxes can be adapted for special environments such as hospitals (psychiatric, detox, etc.), rehab, senior living, etc. If necessary, we can either substitute a current box with a previous box, or (when possible) we can adapt a box so that it meets your requirements. Rubbing alcohol, sharp objects like scissors, mini torches, etc. can be replaced or adapated to suit your needs.
