Only negative is the list from month to month on the BBQ box, is not what you get each month. It was correct at first, but my last few boxes have been almost a surprise. You should drop the list, if your not going to follow it. Otherwise its a let down. Like I wanted to try the bloody Mary mix or the mini sauce Keychain. Love the food, everything always tasty.

These expensive boxes over $800 are supposed to be special gifts. Yet mine arrived to the person I was sending to without the gift note nor any message that identified that it came from me. When I called customer service for Createjoy and Pig of the Month neither took responsibility or offer to right the situation. Terrible business practices. I would not recommend.

We responded to Perry letting him know that on Crate Joy the gift messages are sent via email to the recipient, which is their policy and not ours. We cannot change this.
The shipments have all been made and have been enjoyed, and we even offered to mail the recipient a hand written card, but Mr. Liu declined.
If there is something else you feel we could have done better we would love to hear about it and improve.
