a whole box of almond flour crackers turned out to be gross; a sample size would have been better. There were way too many chickpea snacks (3) and then oatmeal and some granola?! lame. The honey stinger was the best part. the jalapeno beef stick was ok.

I cancelled this box when my hubbie who has celiac did not like the contents of the previous box for christmas. It was sent anyway and I was charged for it in spite of a cancellation request ONE month BEFORE it was shipped. And this box was as tasteless and stale as the first one at Christmas.
Hi Benjamin! Sorry to hear about your experience, and any confusion on the renewal side. Cancelling prevents future charges only, but still ships previous purchases, or recent renewals. It looks like your renewal occurred 2-3 days before cancellation. If you wanted a refund, we would have been happy to offer if you had reached out. We’re sorry to hear about any snacks you felt were stale or if a package opened during transit. We’re also happy to offer replacements, just reach out to us via email to let us know what snacks you had a problem with. We haven’t had any other complaints, so it could be an isolated issue with an opened snack maybe. Thank you for giving SnackSack a try!
