I hate to leave a negative review but I think people should be aware of their poor customer service.
I’ve paid for the March ritual box via Cratejoy on February 16 but haven’t received any emails (their emails do not go to spam folder). I heard people started to receive their boxes already. I have emailed them via Cratejoy and emailed them again via emails 2 days after asking when my March ritual box was going to be shipped. I received an email with an order confirmation and a shipment notice the next day. They have forgotten about my box until I reminded them again to send me one... Moreover, no one replied. I'm tired of contacting them. I subscribed to this box to pamper myself but instead it gave me more stress :(

I've been an on-and-off-again subscriber for years. I always come back because the products are so unique and worth the money. I've collected so many amazing crystals!
