I was able to cancel mines but through the curly queen website. Cant do it through your cell you have to do it using a computer. It took me 2 days to figure it out but I unsubscribe. I was charge 2x and never no tracking number or boxes.

Dot not subscripted. I have been charged 3 times and I have not received a box. I have sent multiple emails but no one has reach out to me. I am contacting the better business bureau.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. I cannot stress this enough over the course of almost a year I have been charged every month but have only received maybe 4 packages. It seems impossible to get ahold of the company and I don't want to be charged for something that is not being sent. Every month I get an email saying thanks for your purchase, but no tracking number and no package ever comes. The products weren't bad, but you never get them. I just want a refund :(
I would like to be able to rate these products however I have never received any of them. Even thought I was charged for 3 boxes, none were ever shipped to me. I tried to contact the company, but after 9 nines they have still not answered me. I am canceling my subscription. I have tried to contact them again for a refund for the products that I never received. If that goes unanswered as well, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
I've waited 4 months now and still haven't received a box. Reached out to customer service several times and they have asked me to be patient. Its a monthly subscription! How could it possibly take 4 months. Absolutely ridiculous!
UPDATE: My friend was able to get another box shipped to her house within a few days. I was excited that the items were shipped carefully in the box as pictured. She is enjoying trying the products. Looking forward to seeing how the next box arrives.
I am so disappointed with the subscription. I placed the first order by the 5th of May (Like they said in the description) for a friend's birthday but she did not get the first package until June 18th. What she got was damaged and in no way matched the description and advertisement. The items in the bubble package were damaged and covered in gel. The description says 5-10 products. She received 4 items in the package. Maybe there was a 5th item but it was so damaged they she couldn't tell.
I sent an email directly to the company and I am waiting for a response. Not worth the money and it seems as though there is a false advertisement situation here.

It has been nearly a year and no packages have arrived. Please refund my entire purchase. I have made multiple attempts to contact you and been lied to countless times that my package was in the mail. This was a gift for a coworker last year. It’s almost her birthday again. At this point, I feel like my money has been stolen, and I would like it back.

These products are not curly girl approved. When I informed them of this issue, they didn’t even apologize. I had shipments get skipped. Don’t waste your money.
I wouldn't be able to tell if the box was any good because it's taking literally forever to get to me. noone has updated me on where it is. there needs to be a better organization. I ordered on Jan 11! and nothing. never again.
