I understand that due to the pandemic that things are slow. But I have received 2 shipments since June and it is almost November. I ordered a monthly subscription for one year. I really would like my money back, but I am not sure how that works. But I will not be renewing with this company.

The next month my payment was auto pay and I did not receive any package I’ve contacted the company and Was told to follow the package tracking number which was never sent to me. I informed them and still yet to receive a response. And her we are approaching a new payment day and still haven’t received my package from last month (June).
