The lingerie itself always comes in custom designed gift packaging - you can check out some of the examples on our instagram page @empressmimilingerie. However, please rest assured that the packaging is delivered in a mailing bag which doesn't give anything away (many of our customers get their items delivered to offices etc). Hope this helps!

I bought this box during a November sale last year. The item was never received, and I have tried MULTIPLE TIMES to contact the seller through cratejoy, even reaching out to cratejoy support. They have not responded, and cratejoy support themselves said I should leave a review here for visibility in the hopes that the seller will see this contact me. Overall, there has been no customer service going on, no responses to messages...nothing. It has been about 5 months and still no package. Cratejoy does NOTHING to help either.

Box has not arrived. Confirmed in my email and my account the correct shipping address was entered. Tracking says destination is not my state. Reached out twice to company without hearing anything back. Only reason for such a negative review is lack of communication from company.
Edit: the company responded after 5 days. Will update to review contents of the box once it is received. I fully understand that transit time is not any fault of the company. Only wanted confirmation that the correct shipping information was used by the company.

I paid for my box in December. They quickly charged my credit card. Its been over a month now...I haven't received any tracking -The status of my order never changed from "order being prepared" which tells me it was never shipped in the first place! I sent a message to the sender twice for an update and only received automated responses that someone would get back to me.
ITS BEEN A MONTH!!!! NO Package! NO Tracking! NO Response! NO Customer Service!!!!!

I purchased 3 boxes and only received 1. Contacted the seller and still no answer after a month. I really enjoyed the only box I received and would love for them to send the other boxes I paid for instead to a refund, if I could even get ahold of them. By the way they don't have tracking numbers for your shipment.
