The lingerie itself always comes in custom designed gift packaging - you can check out some of the examples on our instagram page @empressmimilingerie. However, please rest assured that the packaging is delivered in a mailing bag which doesn't give anything away (many of our customers get their items delivered to offices etc). Hope this helps!

Once you subscribe please use the Contact Seller button on our listing so we can add a note to your profile. The stylist will be notified not to include thongs in future shipments. Kindly note that we may have to skip a month (and refund the payment) for the months where the design includes thongs.

It seems Covid has impacted many other shipments to the US but that was not my experience! I think people can be "Amazoned", we expect things next day (I know I do). But my shipments came quicker than expected. (US West coast.)
Since the items on the site were so beautiful, I ordered two sets before placing my subscription box. I received it within 2 weeks! To my surprise, my subscription box the week after. :)
...but FINALLY a lingerie company who understands that not everyone is the same size...while wearing the same size! The fully adjustable tops and bottoms are awesome! (Normally, I have to cut and sew my straps back on after removing three inches.)

Edit: the company responded after 5 days. Will update to review contents of the box once it is received. I fully understand that transit time is not any fault of the company. Only wanted confirmation that the correct shipping information was used by the company.

Its been over a month now...I haven't received any tracking -The status of my order never changed from "order being prepared" which tells me it was never shipped in the first place! I sent a message to the sender twice for an update and only received automated responses that someone would get back to me.
