I’ve gotten three different emails from the seller all three of them claimed to have information and a link to the tracking. None of them actually did. In fact, when I finally went to the crate joy website to track my package it showed that there is no information received by the carrier about my package. That would mean it’s been 10 days I’m sorry nine days since I ordered and eight days since they told me the package had shipped and been on its wayAnd none of that is true
