Q: Is there any help if you get stuck, and the clue on the website doesn't help enough? Asked by Brianna S., November 2019
Hi Brianna! We have a great support system for when you may get stuck on a puzzle. Each puzzle has a set of clues to help nudge you in the right direction. We also have a very fun and lively Facebook Group (search Finders Seekers User Group) that has thousands of fellow Seekers who can help with the puzzles. Or you can always email us and we can help. Cheers!
Q: Can I purchase an old subscription box and a new box so my nephews will each have a different box? They live together so I don’t want duplicates. Asked by Elaine H., April 2020
Q: Would this be good for a family with kids ages 4-16? Would it bore the 4 year old?Asked by Sarah D., March 2020
Not sure how a 4 year old would do but our 8 year old loved helping out. Even if it was just writing out clues, hints, words or reading the clue he felt very much apart of the adventure and fun!
Q: I want to give this subscription as a Christmas gift. How can it be delivered to not spoil the Christmas surprise?Asked by Scott K., December 2019
If you would like the gift to be a surprise, input your email address instead of the recipient’s email address. That way, we will send you tracking information instead of the recipient. Also, if you don’t want it to be delivered to the recipient before Christmas, you can have it shipped to you or another address. Cheers!
We just finished the Australian box -- our first one. It took about 2 hours and was great family fun! The puzzles are challenging and are a variety of types: word puzzles, visual puzzles, anagrams, math, logic. Very well thought out and organized. ...and we learned a little about the country, too! Worth the price for some quality family time!
The box contents are of high quality and very creative. Great for a wide range of ages. It is challenging but not frustrating (you will need internet access). It is a great way for a family to work together as a team or can spark some healthy competition among siblings to try to figure out the clue first. Initially, the price may seem steep but look at how much you spend to take the family to the movies or any other entertainment event? A Finders Seekers box is worth every penny!
I got my wife Finders Seekers for Christmas. We have had a blast every month doing the puzzles. We have felt legitimately challenged by some of these - we expected to breeze through them and were pleasantly surprised to find that they walk the line between challenging and frustrating. Lots of fun!
Our family did this mystery together as a way to pass time during physical distancing. It was a lot of fun! Just the right amount of challenge for our family as well. It was neat to learn about Washington D.C. and history as we completed the mystery. We will definitely do more!
This was genuinely so fun, and it's a gift that has the potential to keep giving. I got one box as a Christmas gift for my sister, and it came perfectly on time and in good condition. She absolutely loved it, packed everything back up into the box, and gave it to me to play. It was really fun, and I'm honestly planning on subscribing to get more boxes. It's not easy, but it's not too challenging that you want to give up. You also learn a lot of fun history. It's just great
First time and it was excellent! So much fun and so much trivia and info.
This was so much fun. What a great way for our family to pass the time and enjoy our time together during our self imposed isolation. Thank you for providing us with some good quality family fun.
This was an amazing experience! We loved working through the puzzles through the quarantine and kept us engaged.
So much fun solving the clues!!! It's hard enough to challenge your brain, but you can figure it out with a lot of thinking. Love it!
We just completed the Washington DC box. What a fun, well-thought-out box! It was challenging, but fun to figure out. Had a great date night in with this box, especially with all the social distancing we need to be doing for the next few weeks/months.
