Thank you for the question and sorry for the late reply. The shirts tend to be more of an athletic fit. We have had mixed reviews. Some females say it fits perfectly and some need to go up a size. Thank you for subscribing, I hope you enjoy it. For shipping out boxes: each month we have to stick to a schedule for our subscribers. The cut-off to place an order is the 21st of each month and then we do a bulk shipment of the boxes towards the end of each month. For June we are planning to ship out the boxes between the 26th-28th. I hope this helps to clarify your concern. I hope you enjoy your evening.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer that type of customization. We really wish we could but it's just not possible because of our business model. We wouldn't be able to get a hold of the products at a discounted rate to pass on to you.

Thank you for contacting us. You would have to “change product” on your subscription menu in order to change the shirt size. You can also email us the size you’d like to change it to and we can make the change for you :)

I get excited when receive the email that my Fit Lifestyle Box has shipped. I know that when it arrives I will not be disappointed with the contents. The t-shirts are of good material. They wash and wear well. The samples are full-size of brands that I know and some that I don't, which gives me the opportunity to try something I wouldn't have tried on my own. I tried a few other fitness subscription boxes. They don't even come close to Fit Lifestyle Box!
