Dear Victoria, We are thrilled that your little one LOVES our boxes but are sad, that this month is running late due to ongoing Covid-19 shipping issues. We normally ship around the 20th of the month, but due to our books being stuck at the Canadian border for a while, we had to postpone our shipments to the 31st of the month. This is the first time in 5 years that we shipped after the 20th of the month and are working very hard on this not happening again. We hope you love your March box as it's being shipped tomorrow! Hello, Thank you for your review. We have notified all customers that this Quarter of the year we are changing our regular shipping times (between the 10th and 15th of the month) to around the 20th of the month. This is due to the extreme delays in all USA ports where several of our goods go through. This includes our Canadian and International suppliers. We apologize for this long wait and are very hopeful that it will go back to its normal ways again after the Holidays. Hello Melanie, thank you for your review. Our August Little Red Riding Hood was the Original Classic version of the book in which the wolf eats everyone. However, the book has an open ending where the reader can decide what happens next. We are sorry if your friend didn't like the book but hope that your friends daughter enjoyed dressing up in her fun Red Riding Hood costume and had fun creating her basket craft.

Hello Margaret! All subscriptions made between January 1st and 31st start with our February box. February boxes were shipped February 16th. It takes 2-3 weeks for International deliveries (longer during the holidays, winter weather storms and current Covid-19 problems that the USPS and other carriers are facing). We are happy to let you know that your shipment to Australia was delivered on March 1st! We hope your little reader loves his box!

Hello Sue! We are sorry for your bad experience with cratejoy. We did send them multiple responses to your questions and they assured us that you have been informed that's why they closed the ticket. Since you have ordered after the November cut off time, your whole subscription was moved to start in January. We tried to inform our customers via email newsletter, cratejoy portal, our website and all social media about this change. January boxes are currently being prepped for shipment and are expected to ship by the end of next week. We have been in business for over 4 years and have thousands of customers so I can assure you this is not a scam and we can't wait for you to get...

Your package was sent on December 11th via USPS priority shipping. Due to the current NATIONWIDE USPS problems your package is still in transit.
