Stay away. I place my order and it never arrived. Once reached out to customer service I was told that the package was supposedly delivered and then returned. Supposedly after being hold for over 3 weeks at the postal office. The true is that I never received nothing, neither a note for pickup at the postal office or my location. Customer service person responding said that they will not refund or resend unless I pay almost $30 for shipping. That is basically paying the box again. This is a ripoff and I will have to claim the transaction directly with my bank. Horrible experience and service.
Thank you for your precious feedback. As we exchanged over emails, please allow me to describe the situation again, as you seem to be blaming Tokyo Snack Box for the fact that you didn't claim your package at the post office - for 3 weeks - after a failed delivery.
1) Here is the tracking number that can be used on the USPS website to see the full delivery details: EN210100865JP
2) As you can see, on September 26, 2022, 4:13 pm, the USPS service tried to deliver but it seems like no recipient was available, so they left a notice.
3) It was then available for pickup and re-delivery for about 3 weeks.
4) After those 3 weeks, on October 17, 2022, 9:02 am, it was flagged...
