I purchased a 3 month subscription as a gift and my daughter only received one box. I emailed the merchant multiple times in a three week period and didn't receive any response. Fortunately Cratejoy provided an appropriate refund.

I had previously written a good review after getting my first box. Since then I have been trying to contact customer service for several months. I have lost count. They replied to one message finally saying that they had some troubles and I will be getting my much delayed box by Jan 2023. Today is 9th of March and both the company and Cratejoy have failed to intervene. My money is gone. No box. No one answers my several messages.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS A COMPANY WHO IS FRAUDULENT.

In March, I'd gotten a six month subscription to Nature's Wellness. I receive a box in March, April, May and July ... none in June or August. August should have been my last month.
I've written to them asking about the status but haven't heard back. Bad karma for a wellness box :(
