I bought this for a gift for my Mom and she has not received not one. Nobody answers my questions- they just take your money and don’t send anything. There is literally nobody to speak to. I have left email after email. Nothing. Shameful.

I've sent you a full reply by email to make this right. I'm sorry that the cards you ordered haven't arrived yet. I just took a look at your account and confirmed that your first card was shipped in line with our shipping schedule. When a new order is placed, we aim to send the first card within five business days, and subsequent cards are shipped on the 11th of each month (or the closest business day following the 11th).
