Thanks for your interest in Pug Box! We typically include 1-2 packages of tasty treats in each box. However, we have some pug pals with allergies and other special needs who receive boxes with just toys. If you'd like to receive a box with just toys, please email us after placing your order, and we'll make sure to pack up a fabulous box of fun toys for you and your pug.

Thanks for your question! Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time. Renewals are always processed between the 4th-6th of the month to make planning easy for you. You can log into your account any time before renewal day to skip an upcoming renewal, update your subscription, or cancel your subscription. You can also email us to let us know if you'd like us to help you make any changes to our account.
Our system is set up so that if a customer cancels after placing an order or after a renewal, they will still receive the boxes they have already paid for. This is convenient, for example, for people who are buying a Pug Box as a gift, and customers can also use this...

Hello, and thank you for your interest in Pug Box! Our boxes include toys and treats hand-picked to please our pug pals, as well as pug-themed items for pug parents. We know our pug subscribers are all a little different in terms of their age, size, weight, and clothing style preferences. Also, many of our customers have more than one pug in their family, and clothes and accessories can be difficult for multiple pugs to share. As a result, we decided to stick with finding fantastic toys and treats for our pug pals to enjoy each month.

Great question. Renewals are processed on the 4th- 6th day of the month
depending on the time zone you live in and other factors). Most renewals in
the U.S. are processed early in the morning on the 5th of the month. Please
