Q: We absolutely loved this box and would love to get it again. But as a lactose intolerant house is there a way to get this without all the dairy? Asked by Karrie C., July 2021

I'm so thrilled that you loved this box! We're always happy to accomodate allergies and dietary restrictions as best as we can. We do have some desserts that contain much less dairy and a few with very little. Q: If the recipe requires ewuipmentt that isn't held in most kitchens, will it be included? For example, if it's macarons, will it have the baking matt with the circles to properly size the macarons?Asked by Lexi B., March 2021
Hi Lexi! You can actually find more information about what is included in each kit on our website. There, you'll find a description of all the items included and all the equipment you may need from your own home. We do our best to include all of the hard to find equipment. Hope this is helpful!

The Earl Gray Tea cake was so delicious. Didn't taste as much like tea as it did a subtly citrus flavor which was light and delicate. The icing on top just made it sweet enough. Definitely don't use all the confectioners sugar in the bag. So yummy, I would make this again.

This is will be a monthly project for my 12 year old son and I. The box was attractive and well packaged. He was eager to help, and I might add has some pretty good knife skills that he whipped out when peeling and dicing the orange rind. I had never made biscotti before and found the process was easy and tasty. Only suggestion is to add a little more dipping chocolate!

I have the subscription box and absolutely love receiving my box every month. This month the Macaroons were so beautiful and so delicious - they were a huge hit! I chose to Drizzle mine rather than dip because I was in a bit of a time crunch. I think any of the boxes would be so perfect if you want to make an amazing dessert if people are coming over but you don't have time to search for recipes and ingredients! You can count on any of these recipes to be amazing. Thank you Red Velvet!
