So the box itself might've gotten four stars from me normally. I wasn't huge on the candle scent (fresh cut grass--I gave it to my boyfriend, because he likes it) and I got two soaps that were the same. However, the customer service was absolutely amazing. I reached out when my box didn't arrive within a week (and the tracking number wasn't working). He immediately offered to send me a replacement box and give me 10% off next month for my trouble. Definitely amazing customer service. He was also very prompt in communicating and there was no annoying 'oh, I need this info' that I'd included already (which is pretty common). A very pleasant experience for sure.
It was also packaged very neatly. When I saw the size of the box I was concerned that there was going to be a lot of packing material, which is a nightmare for me. But no, it was packaged with just bubble wrap and some kraft paper around it. It smells fabulous, even in the box. And nothing smells super strong (which is good for me, as I'm very sensitive).
Overall, a wonderful box and I plan to subscribe again when I can (I unsubbed this month due to financial issues).
When I received my 1st box, it was missing a bath bomb. One of the customer service agents worked with me to correct the issue and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved. When I received my 2nd box, everything was exactly as promised. I appreciate the company’s dedication to getting it right.
I’m disappointed. I subscribed to the Large box with high hopes, but received my first order missing a bath bomb. The candle was also quite small. Not sure if I’ll continue my subscription.
