The selections of sample rums left much to be desired and were disappointing. The expectation was to have premium samples sent that provided access to high quality rum and the the first two boxes received were subpar to say the least. They were not close to the quality of rum compared to the September box, which influenced my decision to initiate a subscription. I would not recommend this product.
Hi Mark, we've tried reaching out to you for months, but have yet to hear a reply, like we mentioned the kit you're referring to included rare and imported rum some of which are upwards of $120 per bottle retail and some are not yet in the market so you were one of the 1st in the world to taste them. For readers reference these were the rums in the kit:
1. Deadhead 10th anniversary aged 10 year - (RumRatings exclusive not in the market - +$100 retail)
2. Deadhead Dark Chocolate Rum
3. Bonampak Gran Reserva - (1st to bring to the U.S.)
4. Bonampak 5 year aged - (1st to bring to the U.S.)
5. Cozumel Spiced Rum (+$100 retail)
