Q: I am a poet. From looking at the past boxes, it looks like these items are meant for writers of prose. Do the box contents provide resources for poets?Asked by Melanie H., December 2020

Thanks for your question! Our box is specifically for fiction novelists, but it does cover themes such as point-of-view, characters, theme, setting, etc. which might be helpful to you as a poet. I might suggest getting a one month subscription to see how you like it, and canceling if it doesn't help as much as you'd like. Even if it doesn't fit your needs perfectly, you'd still be up some teaching materials and writing goodies (like pens, notebooks, writing snacks, etc.) that all writers enjoy. ;)

Thanks for your question! Our box is specifically for novelists, but it does cover themes such as point-of-view, characters, theme, setting, plotting, etc. which I think would be helpful to playwrights since you're dealing with a very similar story structure as novelists. I might suggest getting a one month subscription to see how you like it, and canceling if it doesn't help as much as you'd like. Even if it doesn't fit your needs perfectly, you'd still be up some teaching materials from writers at the top of their game as well as exclusive writing goodies (like pens, notebooks, writing snacks, etc.) that all writers enjoy. ;)

Each monthly delivery of this box is like Christmas morning!
