The mailing situation is a bit slow right now and once I notified the company about my wait the response was very quick. They resent the beautiful soap. It is a lovely presentation and looks exactly as pictured. It smells wonderful and so pleasant to look at. Would highly recommend if you are a soap enthusiast like me. 😊
